Happy New Year! Went into the valley today and on my way back I hit the coast just in time for a sunset shot at Quail Street Beach. I am still working on the best settings on my cameras to get consistently good sunset shots (the bright sun makes everything else shadows), but I am super happy with the seagull shots I got. This little seagull sat and watched the entire sunset, so he was in the background of half the shots I took. 😆 I love how they almost look like vectorized, gradient artwork. I also really like the 1:1 black-and-white shot of him.
